8K Disc Brake Kit

(K71-635-00) For Dexter 8,000 lb. axles. For one brake. L or R Handed.

Required idler hubs are not included with this kit.
Available idler hubs:
008-399-90 - Grease E-Z lube with 9/16-18 stud & 60 degree wheel nut
008-399-91 - Oil with 9/16-18 stud & 60 degree wheel nut
008-399-92 - Grease E-Z lube with 5/8-18 stud & flange wheel nut
008-399-93 - Oil with 5/8-18 stud & flkange wheel nut
008-399-94 - Grease E-Z lube with 5/8-18 stud & 90 dregree wheel nut
008-399-95 - Grease with 5/8-18 & 90 degree wheel nut
008-402-90 - 50mm Nev-R-Lube with 9/16-18 stud
008-402-91 - 50mm Nev-R-Lube with 5/8-18 stud

Caution:
Can only be used with 16", 16.5”, and 17.5" wheels on an 8 on 6.50" bolt circle.
Axle overhang requirement:
Leaf spring straight axle = 8.25" per side.
Leaf spring drop axle = 9.00" per side Torflex axle = 9.00" per side.
A retrofit application will not affect the current axle outside of tire dimension.
This disc brake system will not retrofit Dexter 4” drop spindle axles manufactured prior to January, 2003.
